How drop-off works

Ring or send a note via the form, describe the machine and what it is doing. Paul will book a drop-off slot and let you know roughly what the repair window looks like - same-day on simple work, a few days when parts have to come in. You drop in, Paul does the work, you collect when it is back to running properly. No third-party freight, no machine getting bounced between depots.

Why drop-off beats on-site for home machines

An on-site visit to a home address eats half a day in travel that gets passed on to the customer. A workshop drop-off means the labour goes into the repair, not the drive. Same skill, same parts, lower bill.
